Strategic Planning Committee

The Strategic Planning Committee guides the completion of goals and objectives of the Miami-Dade County Comprehensive Plan for HIV/AIDS, develops periodic progress reports to the community and the Partnership describing the Partnership’s activities and the state of the epidemic in Miami-Dade County, develops tools to assess the administrative mechanism for Part A funds allocation, and develops recommendations regarding legislative and regulatory issues.
